Well, the rain has returned to the Northwest and with it all the thoughts that come with this busy, crazy, back to school time of year. Gulp.
But before I completely let summer go, I wanted to share with you this recipe for the most summery of desserts. This recipe can be found over at the Issaquah Press Recipe Box web page. It is my first of what I hope will be many monthly food articles there.
Have you tried no churn ice cream recipes before? I confess I have only just discovered them and I must say I am smitten, SMITTEN with them. So easy, so fresh and the possibilities for variation are endless. I'm dying to make one with fresh figs and chocolate chunks. Oh my goodness.
